🚚 Estimated Shipping Costs

All shipping prices displayed during checkout are estimates only. Final costs may vary based on:

  • Multi-floor deliveries 

  • Restricted building access

  • Gated communities or narrow roadways

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

To avoid delays or unexpected charges, please inform us of any potential delivery challenges in the notes section at checkout.

If additional delivery fees are required based on your location or property access, we will contact you before dispatch. If you choose to cancel your order at that time, a full refund will be issued.

⏱️ Lead Times

  • Order Processing: Typically within 2–3 business days

  • Shipping Dispatch: Pickups from our warehouse are usually arranged shortly after processing

  • Delivery Times:

    • Standard domestic: 3–7 business days

    • Long-distance or remote areas: 7–14 business days

We’ll keep you updated with tracking information and estimated delivery windows as soon as your order ships.

🧤 White Glove Delivery

Most larger or delicate items qualify for white glove delivery, which includes:

  • In-home placement

  • Light assembly (if needed)

  • Removal of packaging materials

Please note: White glove service does not include:

  • Mounting or installation of wall/ceiling items

  • Electrical or wiring work

📦 Receiving Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Immediately: A responsible adult must be present to receive and inspect your order at delivery.

  2. Note Any Issues: If you notice any damage to the packaging or item, inform the delivery team and note it clearly on their paperwork (bill of lading).

  3. Do Not Sign Off Without Review: Signing without notes makes it difficult to process claims for damage later.

🏢 Local Pickup (Athens)

We offer free pickup from our warehouse in Athens for eligible items.

Important:

  • Pickups must be completed within 5 business days of purchase

  • Once picked up, all sales are final – no returns or refunds apply

🌍 Long-Distance Deliveries

Orders shipped to areas outside our immediate delivery region are handled by trusted third-party carriers. These carriers will:

  • Contact you to schedule delivery once they are near your area

  • Provide a time window for your delivery (note: exact delivery times are often set only a few days in advance)
