Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

The cancellation window closes 14 days after the day you — or a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) — takes possession of the goods.

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The goods are unused and in their original packaging

  • The goods are not damaged

  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods or items with an expired return window

  • Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate once the return is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
