Variation Interiors was born from the meeting of three women with complementary backgrounds, united by a shared conviction:
to promote French craftsmanship internationally through a discerning and authentic selection.

Carole brings a European sensibility shaped by hospitality and furniture design.
An interior designer, Carole lived in London before settling in Greece.
For over ten years, she worked in showrooms in London and Paris, developing extensive expertise in design, showcasing collections, and managing exhibition spaces.
A specialist in hotel design, she has a thorough understanding of the challenges of functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic coherence in professional projects. With a keen eye for material and color combinations, she excels at recommending furniture tailored to specific uses, combining elegance, functionality, and durability.
Carole is the natural liaison between brands and local specifiers.
Sandrine brings a clear,
experience-driven approach
shaped by commercial architecture.
Paris-based interior architect Sandrine specializes in the design of restaurants and public spaces.
Accustomed to the constraints of construction sites and operational requirements, she possesses in-depth knowledge of client needs and real-world conditions.
She distinguishes herself by her ability to discover unique French designers and create cohesive, sensitive, and functional environments. Highly attentive to the balance of materials and colors and to the precise selection of furniture, she combines aesthetic excellence with functional efficiency.
Sandrine embodies the French perspective on design. Based in Paris, Sandrine spent 15 years working in an agency before establishing her own firm, specializing in commercial architecture with a portfolio that includes restaurants, boutiques, and corporate dining spaces.
Christine Parodi
A mechanical engineer by training and a serial entrepreneur, Christine brings an essential strategic and analytical dimension to Variation Interiors.
Her mastery of industrial processes, her technical understanding of products, and her rigorous business management ensure a structured and sustainable approach to development.
As the owner of a restaurant, she also possesses a keen understanding of customer expectations, operational constraints, and the realities on the ground.
Having lived in several countries, she cultivates an international outlook and a valuable ability to adapt in a constantly evolving Mediterranean context. Christine ensures the entrepreneurial strength of the project.
